How about a New Chapter ?

Through the title of the Blog, you probably have figured it out what this post is all about and just in case you did not. Here is the answer, I am returning to Malaysia for good. Yay and nay at the same time...

Not happy for sure.. Its just the fact that leaving Paris definitely saddens me, a lot. These memories in Paris for sure are the best time of my life. Besides the fact that I have gained some kgs from des croissant. lol.

Anyway, although I am sad about leaving Paris, I am looking forward to what my new chapter of life has to offer. This is life and life keeps moving forward. I realize I cannot stay in this stage of my life forever and maybe its time to make plans into reality.

Hence, I bought my one way ticket home,

First of all, Ann's Wonderbar will be back into business ! yay ! Make sure you yay with me ok.

But this new come back, I will no longer focus too much on Cupcakes and fondants art works. I will work more on French pastries. I am looking forward to study more about Malaysia's ingredients and combine them with the French techniques that I have learnt in France.

Secondly, I will start my l'atelier. Which means workshop in french. Yes, you hear me right. There will also be some workshops on french pastries. These workshops will be in really small groups. Mainly to share my knowledge with friends or people that love pastries. I love meeting people and especially people that share the same passion as I do. I am not here to act like a pro. But I would be happy to share my skills and maybe to learn from you too. :)

I am still thinking what kind of workshop to offer. Chocolates, Tarts, Mousse cakes, french macarons or mini desserts. Drop me a comment and let me know what you think. :)

Thirdly, as I am still growing Ann's Wonderbar. I am hoping in the future I can help underprivileged people through the profit I earned or even offer them job opportunities, And for sure, I cannot do this without anyone of you. So your support is very important to me. I am fortunate to be able to persuade my passion and giving back to the community is perhaps the least that I could do as being a part of this world.

New projects will be coming up as soon as I am back home. And please stay tune because I have so much to share with everyone.
